The Challenge
Dentaid wanted to strengthen confidence in VITIS Anti-stain (VAS) among dental professionals.
The challenge was to clearly communicate when and why VAS should be used, how it works, and how it fits into existing CHX protocols, and to turn that clarity into active advocacy. The campaign needed to build on learnings from a previous Intractive experience, remain firmly B2B in tone, and be scalable for rollout across both Dutch- and French-speaking Belgium.
Spark’s Approach
Together with the Dentaid team, Spark designed a focused Intractive B2B experience aimed at dental professionals.
From there, we:
Developed an interactive concept supported by educational video content
Featured a trusted dental hygienist, Julia, to create peer-to-peer credibility
Combined design, interaction, and video to clearly explain clinical use and value
Managed full video production, including filming, editing, and subtitles
Delivered the experience through a SaaS-based Intractive platform
Localised the complete experience from Dutch to French using AI translation, ensuring a natural and authentic result
The result was a scalable, multi-language experience that supports education, confidence, and advocacy.
Results
VITIS Anti-stain Intractive became a clinical support and advocacy tool, not just a product explainer. It helps dental hygienists:
Improve patient compliance and treatment success
Recommend VAS naturally as part of professional care
The localised French version enabled seamless rollout in French speaking part of Belgium, supporting Dentaid’s regional growth strategy while maintaining consistency and credibility across markets.

This Intractive doesn’t just explain the product, it supports hygienists in real clinical conversations. The French version feels incredibly natural and makes it easy to roll out across markets.
