The Challenge

MegaGen Europe needed a clear and compelling way to communicate its Full Arch Solutions to a professional audience. While strong clinical knowledge existed, the content was scattered across multiple documents and supported by weak, inconsistent visuals. There was no unified brochure that sales representatives could confidently use for education, presentations, or events.


With limited support from HQ at the time, the challenge was to bring structure, clarity, and visual authority to complex clinical content, and to transform fragmented materials into a coherent, high-impact communication tool.

Spark’s Approach

Spark took a design-led and content-driven approach, rebuilding the Full Arch story from the ground up.

From there, we:

  • Restructured the brochure around a clear Problem → Solution → Result narrative

  • Replaced low-quality clinical imagery with seven custom medical illustrations

  • Designed clear ROI visuals to communicate financial impact (up to 7.5× revenue growth)

  • Delivered layouts optimised for both digital use and high-quality print

  • Maintained close collaboration with HQ Korea to ensure global brand alignment


The result was a unified Full Arch portfolio that supports education, sales, and global rollout.

Lessons we’ve learned

  • Establishing fixed review rounds and timelines will help maintain focus and efficiency
  • Regular updates with all stakeholders
  • AI-assisted content was a great time-saver but required extra review
  • Multiple micro-adjustments over time reduced design momentum
  • Despite the challenges, the process improved cross-team communication and set a better structure for future brochure projects
