The Challenge
MegaGen UK’s social media presence lacked consistency and clear alignment with the global brand. Content was fragmented across platforms, making performance difficult to measure and limiting awareness and engagement among dental professionals. Social channels were active, but they were not yet functioning as structured marketing tools that support education, lead generation, and brand growth.
Spark’s Approach
Spark introduced a structured social media framework built around a three-stage funnel strategy: Awareness → Education → Conversion
This approach provided clear direction for both organic content and paid media. Visuals and tone were unified in line with HQ brand guidelines, creating a consistent and recognisable presence across channels.
Targeted Meta campaigns were then developed to support key products and solutions, including Blue Diamond, R2i3, and NOVAMag, ensuring that educational content and promotional messaging worked together to drive engagement and measurable results.
