The Challenge

Dentaid was preparing the relaunch of the Interprox interdental brush range. The product story was scientifically strong but complex. Dental hygienists needed clear guidance on PHD sizing, product selection and clinical relevance. Traditional brochures and static content were not sufficient to explain this in an engaging and practical way, nor did they drive interaction or sample requests.


Dentaid needed a scalable, educational format that could guide dental hygienists through the Interprox system, while supporting commercial activation across multiple channels.

Spark’s Approach

Together with the Dentaid marketing team, Spark first defined the target audience of the Intractive. The focus was deliberately placed on dental hygienists and on the questions they face in daily practice.

From there, we:

  • Translated complex clinical information into a clear educational narrative

  • Developed a full interactive script with multiple learning paths based on user interest

  • Designed decision-driven flows within the Intractive platform

  • Validated all content with Julia, a practicing dental hygienist featured in the experience

  • Recorded all content in the Spark studio for maximum quality and consistency

  • Designed, edited, and deployed the full experience within the Spark Intractive software

The result was not a digital brochure, but a guided product experience that educates, explains, and activates.

  • 700+ views within the first week after launch

  • High engagement across Dentaid’s digital channels

  • Significant increase in Interprox sample requests

  • Clear product understanding among dental hygienists

  • Reusable content for sales, education, and campaigns
