The Challenge

Dentaid was experiencing declining performance from the existing visuals used in the VITIS Whitening social campaign. The challenge was to rethink the creative direction and develop two new visual variants that would refresh the look of the campaign, strengthen brand impact and improve engagement across social channels.

Spark’s Approach

Together with the Dentaid team, Spark reviewed the existing campaign visuals and identified how they could be adapted to perform more effectively on Meta platforms. The focus was on improving clarity, visual impact, and call-to-action performance.

From there, we:

  • Reframed the core visuals to increase impact in paid social

  • Created three creative variants in two Meta-ready formats

  • Redesigned text layouts and CTA for stronger engagement

  • Refined the assets through close client collaboration


The result was a refreshed set of Meta ads designed to maximise engagement while staying fully aligned with the existing campaign strategy.

Results

  • 6 assets | 2 formats | 1080×1080 px; 1080×1920 px
  • Approval and adoption of the new style for future campaigns
  • Enhanced engaments
  • Reusable assets for future campaigns

Lessons we’ve learned

  • Setting fixed review rounds and timelines will help ensure focus and efficiency
  • Repeated small adjustments slowed the design process
  • While challenges remained, the process enhanced cross-team collaboration and introduced a more structured approach to online campaigns
