The Challenge
The project focused on building two matching websites for the De Zevenhond and De Kooiker clinics. The goal was to present both practices clearly and consistently under a shared visual identity. With limited existing materials, the work required full content production, including copy and photography, alongside the website development. At the same time, multiple stakeholders needed to be aligned to deliver one unified digital presence.

Lessons we’ve learned
Clearer set responsibilities and deliverables at the start, prevent confusion and rework later in the project
Align communication, expectations and decision-making processes from day one
Project timelines and capacity should be revisited throughout the process, not just at kickoff
Open communication within the team makes it easier to address challenges early
This project taught us that clear direction and structure directly improve efficiency and outcomes
