The Challenge
R2i3 is a next-generation intraoral scanner with advanced AI features, speed and ergonomic design. The challenge was not a lack of innovation, but information overload. Dental professionals are busy, comparison-driven and selective. Long videos, linear presentations, and feature-heavy explanations slow decision-making and reduce engagement. The task was to translate complex technology into a clear, engaging product story that keeps attention high, highlights real value early and supports confident decision-making.
Spark’s Approach
Instead of explaining everything at once, we structured the story around how dentists actually evaluate new technology: start with benefits, then explore details by choice. In parallel, we produced educational video content, creating clear explainers that break down the scanner’s design, functionality and clinical value.
This combination of interactive UX + educational video allowed us to balance clarity, credibility and engagement.
